On a hot weekday afternoon, Prince B and I went to Siglap suburb for ice-cream. He recommended udders ice cream and I agreed! After all, Prince B always have good food recommendations, it can’t go wrong. It was rather empty when we entered the cafe…
A wide variety of ice cream are displayed and it was a big challenge deciding what flavors to try…
We stood at the counter for quite some time and we decided to order…
Three scoops of ice cream with waffles!
We picked three scoops of udders’ liqueur flavored ice cream. After we settled the payment, I went to grab a seat while Prince B snap some photographs.
After a short while, our waffle and ice cream is served to us by the friendly staff!
Nice presentation, it looks almost like the food replica. Sad to say, the waffles is disappointing in terms of flavor and texture. It is not fragrant and I will definitely not eat it on its own, it has to go with the ice cream.
- Rum Rum Raisin : I am not a fan of rum and a hater of raisin but I can accept this ice cream. It is definitely a rummy ice cream and boy was I glad that there isn’t too much raisins in it. Prince B enjoyed this ice cream very much.
- Tira-miss-u : Yet another udders bestseller ice-cream. I love this flavor! It feels like I am eating tiramisu in the form of ice cream.
- Lychee Martini : My most favorite flavor among all, I like their combination of the vodka and lychee. In fact you can actually taste more of the lychee than the vodka, which is a good thing for me as I love lychee!
I reckon I will be back to check out more flavors from udders but will definitely pick a weekday afternoon as there is no crowd and I can enjoy the ice cream in peace.
